Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager (Compliance or Grants Lead) will oversee federally and state-funded initiatives in Columbus, Ohio. This role is primarily focused on ensuring adherence to compliance standards while managing grants and loans, thereby contributing significantly to the organization’s regulatory obligations and fiscal efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage comprehensive projects associated with federal and state funding.
- Provide compliance guidance and support for all project activities.
- Engage in negotiations and develop project scopes while maintaining control over project elements.
- Oversee cost estimation and budget adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with various departments including Category Management and Strategic Sourcing.
Qualifications
- Experience as a project manager, preferably in compliance-related roles or grant management.
- Proven ability in negotiations and managing project scopes effectively.
- Strong background in cost estimating and financial oversight of projects.
