In this role, you will take charge of overall operations for two communities, overseeing leasing processes, maintenance, financial budgeting, and profit and loss performance. You will also implement a strategy for repositioning and spearhead staff development initiatives to maintain high occupancy levels and enhance resident retention. Applicants should possess more than 5 years of experience in property management, particularly with portfolios exceeding 300 units and multiple sites. A proven history of increasing net operating income and occupancy rates in competitive markets through an engaged leadership style is essential.
