**Senior Recruiter**
In this role, the Senior Recruiter will oversee comprehensive recruitment processes for technical and engineering positions, which encompass sourcing, conducting interviews, and finalizing offers with candidates. This position involves collaboration with leadership to establish hiring requirements and to apply data-driven approaches to efficiently expand the team. Ideal candidates should possess extensive experience in recruiting for technical and engineering roles, particularly in fast-paced growth settings, along with a strong command of ATS systems. Success in this role requires a sense of urgency, the capability to manage pipelines of passive candidates, and the flexibility to adjust to evolving priorities in an unclear environment.
