They lead root cause analysis, establish maintenance plans, and provide safety-focused engineering solutions to improve overall process reliability. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with five years of experience, or a Master’s degree with three years of experience. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance practices are required, along with the ability to work non-standard shifts.
