Job Summary
The Senior Retirement Specialist plays a crucial role in providing expertise and guidance in retirement planning services, ensuring clients achieve their retirement goals through tailored strategies and comprehensive support.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized retirement plans based on individual client needs and financial situations.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ current retirement statuses and projected outcomes.
- Offer insights on investment options, tax implications, and social security benefits to optimize client portfolios.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of retirement regulations and financial trends impacting clients.
- Conduct seminars and workshops to educate clients on retirement planning and best practices.
- Collaborate with financial advisors to enhance client services and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retirement planning or related financial services.
- Strong understanding of retirement accounts, tax laws, and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or other relevant certifications preferred.
