Job description
**Senior Security Officer**
The Senior Security Officer is responsible for leading responses to high-risk incidents, performing mobile patrols, and offering specialized operational support throughout hospital locations. This position also acts as the main Field Training Officer, responsible for mentoring personnel and facilitating training programs at the academy. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or a similar qualification, along with a minimum of one year of pertinent security experience, or have completed a two-year degree or certification. A valid driver’s license is essential, and candidates must obtain IAHSS Basic Certification within 90 days of employment.
