Job description
The Registered Nurse will conduct comprehensive assessments of patient health needs, formulate nursing diagnoses, and apply evidence-based intervention strategies. Additionally, they will assess patient outcomes and manage discharge planning in the Intermediate Care Unit. Applicants should possess a Diploma or Associate’s degree in Nursing, although a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is preferred. A valid Oklahoma Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are mandatory.
