**Job Title: Senior Software Engineer & Tech Lead**
The Senior Software Engineer & Tech Lead will oversee cross-functional engineering teams to implement sophisticated digital engineering solutions, AI-driven functionalities, and cloud-based applications for federal agencies. This position requires collaboration with program managers to guarantee effective project delivery, while also encouraging innovative approaches and providing mentorship to technical personnel. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline and a minimum of 8 years of experience working with federal or defense clients. Expertise in systems engineering and software development is essential, along with the capability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
