Job Summary
This role involves providing technical guidance and mentorship to a globally distributed team of engineers focused on the integration of AI models within Workspace products. The successful candidate will oversee project prioritization, manage deliverables, and ensure alignment across different teams to enhance the performance of existing features.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of engineers in AI model integration.
- Manage project timelines and ensure successful delivery of goals.
- Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to improve launched features.
- Implement horizontal enhancements across Workspace products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development.
- Strong background in machine learning technologies.
- Demonstrated technical leadership skills.
- Proficiency in generative AI techniques and large-scale system architecture.
