The Branch Manager for the Eastern Sierra will oversee operations in Mammoth Lakes and Bishop, focusing on enhancing business development and boosting deposit generation. This position entails mentoring a high-achieving team, building community relationships, and maintaining operational compliance across several branches. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree or comparable experience, along with 3-5 years in the finance or banking sector. At least 3 years of managerial experience and a valid driver’s license are also necessary.
