The Service Advisor serves as the liaison between customers and the service team, responsible for capturing service requirements, organizing appointment schedules, and allocating tasks to technicians. This role is essential in ensuring that all repairs meet customer expectations, and includes following up to verify that issues are resolved. Applicants should have experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer.
