**Service Advisor**
The Service Advisor oversees the daily functions of a truck care center, which involves welcoming customers, recording their service requirements, and delivering repair estimates. This role also encompasses directing service center operations, addressing customer complaints, and working alongside management to acquire talent. Candidates are required to possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service or sales. Additionally, applicants must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening, background investigation, and possibly a DOT physical examination.
