**Service Business Development Representative**
The Service Business Development Representative is responsible for actively engaging with customers to set up service appointments and oversee retention initiatives. This role serves as the key contact to guarantee a smooth and positive service experience for all clients of the dealership. Applicants should have excellent verbal and written communication abilities and be skilled in Microsoft Office software. A valid driver’s license is a must, along with the capability to successfully complete background checks, credit evaluations, and drug tests.
