**Job Title: Service Advisor**
The Service Advisor serves as the key liaison for customers, overseeing the entire service process from start to finish, including billing. This role entails organizing resource allocation, generating work orders, and facilitating communication among technicians, parts personnel, and various internal teams to maintain optimal shop efficiency. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with a minimum of three years in service coordination, dispatching, or administrative roles. Strong skills in Microsoft Office are essential, and candidates should thrive in a dynamic, high-energy setting, with a preference for those holding relevant industry experience.
