Job Summary
The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment by performing essential maintenance and repair tasks. This position requires technical expertise in machinery to minimize downtime and maximize productivity within the facility.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on various industrial equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and promptly carry out repairs to minimize production disruption.
- Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to enhance equipment functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in industrial maintenance is preferred.
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and hydraulics.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
