Job description
The Residential Service Technician plays a crucial role in diagnosing, setting up, and fixing security and site automation systems for both residential and commercial clients. This position also involves conducting system evaluations and maintaining clear communication with customers about their security solutions. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the installation or repair of security equipment. A valid driver’s license, alongside strong technical aptitude and communication abilities, is essential for this role.
