Job Summary
The Engineering Technician is responsible for aiding in the validation of HPC server technology, overseeing material management, and coordinating various operational tasks from the initiation of products through to their launch. This role also involves offering third-level technical support and contributing to the debugging and enhancement of product quality.
Responsibilities
- Support the validation of high-performance computing server technologies.
- Manage and coordinate materials for projects from inception to launch.
- Provide advanced technical support for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Assist in the optimization and improvement of product quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; some college coursework is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a related field.
- Strong understanding of server systems, PC architecture, and GPU technology.
- Excellent analytical abilities and communication skills.
