Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Perform repairs and replacement of parts as necessary to restore equipment to working condition.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar technician role, preferably in the relevant industry.
