Job description
The Shift Lead supports the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations and executing established standards. Key responsibilities encompass supervising staff, overseeing inventory control, evaluating labor and sales performance, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility. Applicants should be a minimum of 18 years old and have at least two years of experience in customer service or the restaurant industry. This position demands excellent communication abilities, a willingness to work flexible hours which may include evenings and weekends, and the stamina to handle physically demanding tasks.
