The Shift Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the operations of the restaurant, maintaining exemplary safety and cleanliness standards, and providing motivation to the staff. In addition, this position involves administrative duties, including processing bank deposits and onboarding new personnel. Candidates must be 18 years or older, hold a valid driver’s license, and have dependable transportation.
