**Job Title: Senior Manager**
The Senior Manager will take charge of and enhance the global SIOP/SIOE process, guaranteeing that demand planning, supply planning, and business growth strategies are in sync. This role involves spearheading cross-functional collaboration across international locations to promote supply chain resilience, maintain inventory health, and ensure the disciplined achievement of business goals. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in supply chain management or a similar area. Expertise in continuous improvement practices such as Lean or Six Sigma, along with robust analytical capabilities, is essential for success in this position.
