Job description
The Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that exceptional standards in food quality, service, and cleanliness are upheld. This role includes training crew members, managing labor expenses, overseeing inventory control, and enforcing all safety and security protocols. Candidates should be a minimum of 18 years old and have at least one year of experience in shift management.
