Job description
The Shift Leader plays a pivotal role in guiding the team through exemplifying best practices, ensuring exceptional food quality, and upholding outstanding customer service standards. This position entails managing daily activities, which include grill operations, handling register tasks, and ensuring the kitchen remains clean and safe. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma. A prior leadership experience of 1-2 years is necessary for this position.
