The Shift Leader plays a crucial role in managing the everyday functions of the store, which encompasses guiding the team, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring proper product preparation. This position also involves overseeing inventory levels, monitoring food and labor expenses, and upholding the store’s cleanliness and quality benchmarks. Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old and have dependable transportation to reach the workplace. Candidates should be capable of standing for long durations and lifting items weighing up to 20 lbs, with a ServSafe certification being advantageous.
