**Shift Manager**
The Shift Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the General Manager with the operational aspects of the business and upholding the company’s standards. Key responsibilities involve overseeing staff, handling inventory, evaluating labor and sales data, and ensuring the facility remains clean and organized. Applicants should be a minimum of 18 years of age and have a background of at least two years in customer service or the restaurant industry. This position demands excellent communication abilities, a willingness to work varied hours including evenings and weekends, and the ability to carry out physically demanding responsibilities.
