The Shift Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team while maintaining high standards of product quality and sanitation. They will also oversee daily store operations, including interviewing and hiring processes to ensure a successful, fast-paced work environment. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid US driver’s license, a safe driving record, and a dependable vehicle with insurance. At least 1-2 years of management experience is preferred, along with a strong desire to lead people.
