**Job Title: Lead Store Operations**
Oversee daily store functions by guiding team members and maintaining exceptional standards in food and beverage service. Cultivate a friendly and inviting atmosphere within the community while monitoring safety, security measures, and cash management practices. Applicants should have a minimum of six months of experience in customer service roles, as well as six months of experience in assigning or coordinating tasks among staff. Availability for flexible scheduling is essential, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
