**Job Title: Shop Laborer**
The Shop Laborer is responsible for executing a range of hands-on tasks within a fabrication environment. Key duties include maintaining cleanliness of equipment, operating different machines, and aiding in the management of materials. The role also involves assistance with burn table activities and stepping in for sandblasting responsibilities when necessary. Candidates should be capable of following instructions, upholding safety protocols, and handling physical work, including lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma or equivalent is highly desirable, along with the flexibility to perform various job functions.
