Applicants should possess 2-5 years of experience in the fields of manufacturing or mechanical maintenance and should have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Technology. It is essential to have the ability to read technical blueprints and possess knowledge in servicing railroad component production machinery.
