**Guest Representative**
As a Guest Representative, you will play a crucial role in helping guests organize their vacations. This includes responding to questions through phone, chat, and email while assisting with the purchase of tickets and packages. You will be tasked with addressing guest issues with professionalism and ensuring precise documentation is maintained across various computer systems. Ideal candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales and a typing speed of no less than 30 words per minute. Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfort with technology, and the ability to work adaptable evening and weekend schedules are essential for this position.
