Job Summary
The Maintenance Attendant is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of facilities, providing a clean and safe environment for all occupants. This role includes performing various maintenance tasks and responding to work requests in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of premises and equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on building systems.
- Respond to maintenance requests and assist with repairs as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
- Document maintenance activities and report any issues to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
