**Job Title: Maintenance Attendant**
The Maintenance Attendant is responsible for carrying out preventive maintenance, diagnosing issues, and making repairs on a variety of systems, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration. This position involves close collaboration with management to guarantee that facility projects and inspections are executed effectively and adhere to quality benchmarks. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs while working in diverse environmental conditions. This role also necessitates a willingness to climb ladders, access roofs, and undertake significant driving duties.
