Job description
The Site Superintendent oversees all on-site operations, ensuring that the project adheres to its plans, budget, and timeline. This role includes coordinating construction efforts and enforcing safety protocols to guarantee a safe workplace. Applicants should have between 7 to 10 years of experience in the commercial construction field and hold an OSHA 30-hour certification. A strong ability to interpret construction drawings and a fundamental understanding of various trades, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, is essential.
