Job Summary
The Site Surveyor is tasked with the essential duties of measuring land features to assist in planning and executing construction projects. This role involves conducting thorough surveys and examining conditions to gather accurate data necessary for project development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct precise land surveys to establish property boundaries and topographical features.
- Prepare and maintain detailed survey reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to provide necessary survey data.
- Utilize surveying instruments and software to collect and analyze geographic information.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in surveying practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Site Surveyor or in a related field.
- Deep understanding of surveying techniques and principles.
- Familiarity with GPS and other surveying tools along with surveying software.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
