The Facility Design Specialist directs studies related to facility design and oversees modifications to office and laboratory spaces, managing projects from the initial requirements stage through to completion and installation. This role acts as a key liaison for integration between project managers, end users, and civil engineering teams. Applicants are required to hold a current Top Secret clearance and have 7-10 years of experience in planning facilities or designing infrastructure. Proficiency in CAD and strong project management abilities are essential for coordinating renovation initiatives and ensuring accurate facility documentation.
