Operates heavy equipment such as balers, forklifts, and loaders to transport, bind, and process recyclable materials. Maintains inventory records, ensures proper conveyor flow, and performs routine equipment maintenance and safety inspections. Requires at least 6 months of previous work experience and a valid forklift certification. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
