**Job Title: Social Worker for Juvenile Offenders**
This position involves delivering entry-level professional social work services to young offenders. Responsibilities include performing assessments to evaluate risks and needs, as well as creating individualized treatment plans. The role also entails managing electronic case records, compiling court documentation, and serving as a connection point between community organizations and the department. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in social work, sociology, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a similar discipline. A valid driver’s license is essential, and availability for 24/7 on-call emergency situations is required.
