**Licensed Clinical Social Worker**
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker conducts thorough biopsychosocial evaluations, formulates diagnoses, and develops treatment plans based on evidence-based practices for patients. This role involves working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure care is centered around the individual, all while following the ethical guidelines set by the NASW. Applicants should possess a Master’s degree in Social Work from a program accredited by the CSWE and maintain an active Clinical Social Worker license in Oregon or Washington. A minimum of two years of pertinent experience in social work is essential.
