**Software Account Manager**
The Software Account Manager plays a pivotal role in assisting sales teams and consultants by handling customer inquiries, outlining project specifications, and creating software proposals for the Exacta suite. This position involves acting as a subject matter expert to guarantee customer satisfaction and delivering continuous assistance throughout the testing and implementation stages. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant technical discipline, along with 1-2 years of experience in technical sales. Essential qualifications include excellent communication abilities, a technical orientation, and knowledge of warehouse automation or material handling equipment.
