Job description
The Robot Deployment Technician will be responsible for the installation, calibration, and troubleshooting of robotic systems in the Seattle office as well as at various customer locations worldwide. This role will serve as a key technical contact, providing insights and feedback from the field to the engineering team for product enhancement. Applicants should be experienced with handling physical robot components and be willing to travel domestically and internationally on a regular basis. Excellent communication skills and the capability to operate independently in customer-facing situations are crucial for success in this position.
