**Job Title: Solderer II**
The Solderer II is responsible for executing standard manufacturing tasks which encompass the preparation and positioning of components, along with hand soldering of printed circuit boards (PCBs) while utilizing a microscope. Additionally, the role includes conducting trim touch-ups, basic rework, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and 6S principles within the production environment. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and bring 2-4 years of applicable experience. Essential skills include the ability to interpret assembly prints and perform soldering tasks under magnified conditions.
