Job Summary
The Sourcer plays a crucial role in managing the early stages of the candidate lifecycle by actively seeking out passive candidates and creating strong outbound talent pipelines. This position involves close collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers to establish job requirements, provide insights into market trends, and ensure the accuracy of data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage passive talent to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to determine hiring needs and role specifications.
- Deliver market intelligence and insights to inform recruitment strategies.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records within the ATS.
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced tech or SaaS setting.
- Strong skills in Boolean and X-ray search methods.
- Practical knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM tools.
