**Job Title: Service Delivery Management Associate**
The Service Delivery Management Associate serves as the main liaison for clients, handling daily inquiries and coordinating tasks among various internal teams. This role entails developing enduring relationships with senior executives, showcasing KPI metrics, and managing intricate financial data within the WSO system. Applicants should possess 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment, with direct knowledge of WSO or the Syndicated Loan Market. This position requires a strong command of project management, technical expertise in API integration, and outstanding communication abilities.
