Job description
**Job Title: Lead Consultant – Electric Distribution Utilities**
In this role, you will spearhead consulting projects aimed at modernizing Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS) and Outage Management Systems (OMS), as well as transforming distribution control rooms for electric utility companies. You will act as a reliable advisor to executive leadership, helping to shape strategies, develop implementation roadmaps, and assess the business impact of grid operations. Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the utilities sector, particularly in delivering ADMS, OMS, or similar transformation initiatives. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required, along with a robust understanding of distribution control room technologies.
