Job Title: Home-Based Specialty Medication and IV Infusion Nurse
In this role, you will be responsible for the secure and efficient delivery of specialty medications and intravenous infusions to patients in their residences. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to promote comprehensive patient health and ensure precise clinical documentation is maintained. Candidates must possess an active RN license along with a minimum of one year of experience in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare settings. Competence in IV insertion techniques and the capability to travel extensively within a broad geographic area are essential qualifications.
