Job Summary
The Sr. Applications Specialist (Planview/Power) plays a crucial role in the management and support of applications within the organization. This position is tasked with ensuring the efficiency of application performance and user satisfaction while facilitating application implementations and enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee application performance and maintain optimal functionality.
- Assist in the deployment of new features and updates in Planview and Power applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand application needs and user requirements.
- Provide training and support to users to maximize application utilization.
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve issues related to application usage.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with Planview and Power applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
