**Job Title: Sr. Compliance Consultant**
The Sr. Compliance Consultant acts as the main authority on employee benefits compliance, offering practical advice on intricate regulations such as ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA. This role includes performing compliance assessments, aiding in client strategy development, and converting regulatory updates into understandable communications for both internal teams and clients. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years of advancing experience in employee benefits compliance, ideally within a brokerage or consulting environment. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred, coupled with a solid understanding of both federal and state benefit regulations.
