Job description
**Branch Director**
The Branch Director is responsible for supervising several practice groups to foster revenue growth and ensure a robust culture of business development. This role includes managing administrative operations, spearheading marketing initiatives, and building high-achieving teams through effective coaching and mentorship. Applicants should have a minimum of two years of management experience or an equivalent background, with at least two years specifically in a Talent Manager role. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with a proven track record in business development and budget oversight.
