**Senior Development Officer**
The Senior Development Officer is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of major gift donors to enhance the organization’s mission by implementing tailored cultivation and solicitation strategies. This role involves partnering with leadership to obtain funding, ensuring precise donor record maintenance, and providing mentorship to fellow gift officers. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of seven years of increasingly responsible experience in fundraising, demonstrating a successful history of securing substantial donations. Expertise in donor relationship management systems and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
