Job Summary
The Senior Director is responsible for spearheading the enterprise supply chain implementation portfolio, transforming strategic plans into efficient and scalable operational practices across various markets and clinical sites. This position is crucial in establishing governance frameworks, leading cross-functional teams, and promoting ongoing improvements to optimize inventory management and financial results.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of supply chain strategies across multiple markets and clinical facilities.
- Establish effective governance structures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at inventory and financial performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, project management, or operations, particularly within a healthcare environment.
- Bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in Lean methodologies or supply chain management are advantageous.
