Job description
**Senior Quality Manager**
The Senior Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing quality systems and processes within a manufacturing facility, ensuring that products meet established standards and fostering a robust quality culture. This role encompasses managing audits, supervising the quality team, and enhancing key performance metrics such as PPM and COPQ. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in quality, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Preferred qualifications include an engineering degree, Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and familiarity with high-velocity manufacturing settings.
