Job description
Job Summary
The Senior RPA Developer specialized in Blue Prism will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation solutions. This position is focused on enhancing operational efficiency through the automation of business processes while ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and test RPA solutions utilizing Blue Prism technology.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and identify automation opportunities.
- Maintain and support existing RPA solutions, making necessary enhancements as required.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in RPA development and a smooth integration with existing systems.
- Create and maintain documentation related to RPA processes, solution configurations, and development procedures.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to development standards.
- Train and mentor junior developers and team members on RPA technical aspects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an RPA developer with significant expertise in Blue Prism.
- Strong programming skills in relevant languages such as .NET, C#, or Java.
- In-depth understanding of RPA principles and best practices.
- Experience with process mapping and analysis, as well as working with various automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
